Erin Gray

About

Erin Gray has over 16 years’ experience in environmental economics and policy; she is a recognized expert in Nature-based Solutions (NbS) for addressing water security and climate adaptation challenges. Erin specializes in ecosystem service valuation, benefit-cost, triple bottom line, and multi-criteria decision-analyses, as well as NbS financing instruments. She is well-versed in using participatory approaches for economic and financial analysis and success factors for increasing decision-maker uptake of results. Prior to One Water Econ, Erin spent 14 years working as a Senior Economist for an international think tank, advising decision-makers across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, and South Asia on NbS issues and economic system transformation concepts and policies. She received her Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, and holds a B.A. in both Economics and Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University. She is based in Fort Collins, Colorado
