Jeffrey Odefey is the Director of Water Policy at One Water Econ, working with a team of in-house economists to provide economically-derived water systems analysis, policy advice, and program design. Mr. Odefey has over 20 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary efforts to promote integrated management of water resources through progressive regulation, sustainable financing, market-based mechanisms, and policy reforms. His work has focused on promoting green infrastructure, water conservation, conservation finance strategies and integrated water management through innovative program design and incentive strategies. Prior to joining One Water Econ, he held positions with the urban water program at American Rivers and with Waterkeeper Alliance and Hudson Riverkeeper. He lives with his family in Grass Valley, California.
